How to Create a New Client

Learn how to set up client profiles, manage multiple properties, and configure automated reminders.

Getting Started

You can create a new client in two ways:

  • Go to the Clients tab and click the New Client button.
  • Click the Quick Create button in the menu bar and select New Client.

Client Details

Primary Contact

Enter the primary contact person. This individual receives all communications by default. You can include:

  • Title (Mr, Mrs, Ms, etc.)
  • First & Last Name
  • Company Name (for commercial clients)

Contact Info

Essential for quotes and invoices:

  • Phone: For calls and SMS.
  • Email: For automated reminders.
  • Lead Source: Track how they found you.

Managing Properties

In HiTradies, properties belong to clients. A single client can have an unlimited number of service addresses.

HiTradies integrates with Google Address Management to help you find locations and optimize travel routes easily.

Automated Reminders

Set up job reminders to keep your clients on track. You can choose from:

Email RemindersIncluded in all plans
SMS RemindersAvailable for paid packages

Choose up to 4 notification intervals: Weeks, Days, Hours, or Minutes before the visit.
